'Postscript' was a showcase for new writers to publicly read their prose, poems
or scenes from their plays. The show ran at 'Diverse Attractions', a venue in
the Lawnmarket, for six days during the Edinburgh International Festival, August
2001.
Five performances were interpreted in British Sign Language. Amongst the fifteen
performers were two hard of hearing people and three profoundly deaf people, all
performing for the first time. Their work explored issues relating to deafness
and disability.
